Returns
Due to the nature of food products, candy, chocolates, jelly, and other edible items cannot be returned once delivered unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Exchanges
Products may only be exchanged if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Customized or personalized candy boxes.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are prepared or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
